Hi, my name is Josh, the creator of “EPHYT” a brand that merges physical therapy with modern accessibility.
Ephyt stands for Electronic Physical Therapy. It’s also a nod to effort, because that’s what it takes to push through rehab and break past your limits. And, let’s be honest, sometimes you need the “f*** it” mindset to crush your last rep or keep going when life throws challenges your way. I’m 28 and transitioning out of clinical physiotherapy—not because I’ve lost the love for it, but because the physical toll isn’t sustainable as I approach my 30s. Yeah, I know, old head vibes. While I haven’t been in the game long enough to claim mastery, I’ve been here long enough to know what works. My goal has always been to help people get out of pain, recover faster, and surpass their baseline performance.
Why Create Ephyt?
Because 1-on-1 sessions can only go so far. With video and online resources, I can help hundreds, even thousands of people—whether they’re in Sydney, Australia, or halfway across the world. Physical therapy shouldn’t have geographic limits, and I’m fortunate enough to be in a position to make this happen.
Why Now?
I’m at the sweet spot:
- I have the creativity to tailor programs to individual needs.
- I’m still physically able to demonstrate exercises effectively.
- I’ve built enough experience to guide you with clear, quirky, and memorable prompts.
But I know time moves fast. As I grow older and move further from the clinical setting, I don’t want to lose the connection, the innovation, or the ability to make rehab engaging and personal.
What to Expect
This platform is where my journey of helping others evolves. It’s a place where physical therapy meets my personality and you the user can achieve actionable strategies. I might not have the silver bullet, but I’ll bring knowledge, effort, and my unapologetic personality to every piece of content I create.
Let’s both put in ephyt—because getting stronger, faster, and healthier takes effort.
